Nathan - Thanks for agreeing to most of our edits. I see you added back the word “agreed”
where you would like the RPM to sign. We aren’t willing to have the RPM sign if agreed
remains in that provision. Otherwise, EPA can live with the other conditions SGC wants as part
of the consent for access.
Give me a call if you would like to discuss.

Attached are some minor edits to your redraft. If these are acceptable to EPA, let me know and I
will sign and send it over.

Nathan - Attached is a redraft of the Consent for Access. For this redraft, I accepted all the
changes that you suggested and then redlined my suggested edits over that version. Let me know
what you think and if you want to discuss.
On the AOC, we are still gathering comments and edits from the Agencies on a draft. I hope to
know in the next day or so when I may be able to get a draft to you.
Thanks

Pat - Tomorrow morning between 10:00 and noon would be the best time for Liz Fagen,
Dan Wall and myself to discuss the technical portions of SGC’s sampling plans for next
week. It would be best to let Richard Sisk and Nathan Longnecker discuss any legal
aspects of the Consent for Access separately. Please let Liz and I know if tomorrow AM
works for SGC. Thank you.

Paula,
As discussed, the map and spreadsheet describing the sampling points for next week is attached.
The SAP and QAPP are also nearing completion and will be forwarded as soon as possible.
I’d like to discuss logistics with you later today, if you are available.
Thanks,
Pat
